It was an active weekend, playing basketball with the kids. I didn’t do badly, got about half the shots I took. My arms felt tired this morning. I need to start a more routine lifting program.
Today is Sunday and walked very little. I’m going to go and step some in the living room. Just want to maintain motivation. I hope everyone had a great weekend and a nice week to come.
I have my wearable weight loss device on and hope to go to bed by 12 midnight. And go to sleep. Before I leave, I want to ask you all, has anyone heard about the “short sleep gene?” I was just reading an article about it. Will return to that later. I get off track and no steps will be be accomplished.
