Remember, you will have to use your wearable weight loss device for at least 30 days to create a wellness report sent to your device. It takes the activity bands time to collect and average your movement and exercise to give you the nitty- gritty on how you are doing..

Keep in mind the change in life activities, the holidays, shopping, your work schedule and the covid impact has had on what was your normal activities.

If your wellness report is less than what you anticipated, don’t give up. Develop an exercise pattern along with dietary patterns and the numbers will improve. And don’t forget the water intake. At first, you may be heading for the bathroom more than usual but Tommy ( Brady) stated you will get use to it!!
