Nutrition From My Fitbit 7/21/21

Do you like avocados? I didn’t know I did until way into adulthood. I wish kids would be more adventurous when it comes to food. I thought they were the craziest looking things I ever laid eyes on.

But anyway, the fats found in avocados make my wearable weight loss device very happy. Nuts and olive oil are great for your health too. But in moderation. A little goes a long ways. 5 to 6 tsp a day is plenty.

That’s something to keep in mind. Sometimes it’s not what we eat but how much. Keep serving size in reason. Remember, before going back for a second helping, wait 20 minutes. It takes your brain that long to realize you are full!
