Meditation is similar to repetitive physical activities that can help you relax. Stress can be so harmful to your physical and mental welfare. If you are feeling stressed, try 30 minutes of jogging, cycling or swimming 3 to 5 days a week. Most wearable weight loss devices are water proof and will track your activity in the water and give you benefit for your effort.

As I have stated before, I’m not a runner even when I was 16. But I can jog between mail boxes. Jog to one and walk to the next. My legs are strong but I need to build up lung power. Also my sleeping time is improving, slept 6 hours and 36 minutes with 20% REM sleep. But I still hate to go to bed. I thought I could try hitting the sack at 12 midnight but I just lie there. It should be attainable but as you can see, it was 2:14 am when I fell asleep last night or really this am.
