My fitbit inspire HR sent another reminder today. It’s actually afternoon here and the sun is shinning. And let me say I slept 6 hours and 46 minutes. Holidays will do that to me. It was a busy weekend and this wearable weight loss device is getting plenty of use.

My fitbit has done some research and it suggests “breakfast eaters are more likely to maintain weight loss. If you’re short on time, try make- ahead meals like frittatas, oats or healthy muffins.”

I had an extra 73 steps again when I woke up. Sleep walking? I don’t know.
