From my fitbit on sleep. Do you ever wonder what makes you sleep? I have always asked myself that question because sleep doesn’t come easily for me. It’s all because of a chemical in the body called ” adenosine.’ It’s really 2 chemicals together and they help you lose weight. The other one is called” L-Carnitine. They can turn your body into a fat burning machine. They keep your body in balance. The 2 together help build muscle and also keep your bones strong. We talked about strong bones and standing tall, not bent over, a sign of old age. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
