I never can do that. I usually grab a whole wheat english muffins for breakfast with a tablespoon of peanut butter and my cup of coffee. Add a dab of milk or almond milk and NO sugar. Once in awhile I scramble an egg but that does it for breakfast. The next 2 meals are usually a mixture of low carbs but not too low. Have to have some or I go into fatigue mode. Nothing gets done and I basically fight to not take a nap. If I nap, which I usually can’t, I’m all messed up for sleep that night. We are all different. But sleep has always been an issue.
My fitbit reads that I slept 3 hours and 3 minutes last night. It’s always been that way.
I have to get moving. Gained nearly 10 pounds since covid and my MS issue in December 2020. The photo below mentally appeared when I looked out my front door this am. Have to get to work now. Have a great day!
